Roots

Benji grew up in County Durham and after spending ten years living in southeast London, moved to Tavistock, Devon. Exploring the wilds of Dartmoor and the Cornish coast enables him to indulge his passions for fell running and sea swimming, and inspire his creative writing. These daily practices, combined with shamanic dance, breathwork, music, and poetry, are the threads he weaves in co-creating retreats and other events.

Esme grew up in southeast London and then, aged ten, moved to a small village in the heart of Dartmoor. Esme studied Painting before training as a Yoga teacher at Soma Yoga and Medicine School in Bristol, and then as an Art Psychotherapist in Edinburgh. She has explored and offers the practice of Yoga and yoga nidra combined with the healing power of Art. Her intuitive sense of the connection between body, art, and nature, informs her grounded practice, which holds space for people to delve into and nourish their playful, artistic selves.
